Please make sure you bring your advance ticket, PRINT or Download ready to show on mobile device.

Tickets swapped for Wristbands on arrival.

If you have any queries with regards to our ticketing, please contact us or your ticket vendor.

To monitor numbers and cater effectively we prefer all tickets to be purchase tickets in advance.

In the unlikely event of any remaining, tickets will be on the gate:-  Priced at £20 each (per adult , per day) Kids (5-15 years) £5 per day – Under 5’s are FREE but limited to 2 per paying adult.


Your wristband must be kept on at all times as proof of purchase.

Weekend wristbands must be kept on overnight so you can enjoy fast track entry on the Sunday too. Wristbands do not fall off & will stay on over night !





Nearly Festival Main stage, Kidzone, Street Market Line up is 100% booked & correct at the time of going to press.

Nearly Festival reserve the right to add or remove artistes/activities/vendors at any point but will notify patrons via social media & website.

In the unlikely event of artists cancelling, the Nearly Festival will endeavour to replace with similar artistes as soon as possible.



Please do not bring your own Food & drink in to the Arena (see policy below). 

Hot food and snacks are provided in the food village at reasonable prices. Drinks served at pub prices at Pub in the Park. 

Baby food is fine. 

Food for young children with specific intolerances in small lunch boxes (please contact us for a pre agreed note). No hampers please. 

Many of the Food vendors can cater for food intolerances 

One is a specific Gluten Free, vegetarian & Vegan food vendor. 

After recommendation, we have organised a Jacket Potato stall too which will be totally gluten free.

Children can bring a bottle of water or soft drink in plastic or non glass containers with unbroken seals. No Glass please!

Please Note – There is Kids soft drinks bar in the Kidzone with cans, waters & fruit shoots type drinks – all at 50p pence each. 

(Policy) Why we do Not operate a bring your own policy. 

We are a small independent company and food & drink revenue ensures our ticket prices remain as cheap as they are. 

We have a full two day line up of the UK’s best touring tribute acts – many similar events cost in excess of £25 a day/night for a ticket! 

Pitch fees also help towards Security, waste management & the infrastructure to ensure a safe & secure event for you, your friends and family.

Our food vendors will serve food at normal street food prices while the Pub in the Park will serve refreshing pub priced drinks. 

All Bags will be searched on arrival so please be mindful that this will slow the entry process. 

Any food, alcohol or items deemed unfit to enter the arena will be held during the event and returned to owners on their departure, swapped for your wristband if you decide to leave before the end. 

Free drinking water for hydration will be available in the first aid tent. 

This is a family friendly event and the safety & well being of our customers is of upmost importance. 

We have zero tolerance to drugs, unruly behaviour and anything that would compromise the safety & enjoyment of other customers.




Nearly Festival operates the Challenge 25 policy.

If you look under 25 please do not be offended if we ask you for proof of age when you buy alcohol.

Please bring proof of ID to show you are over 18.

Do not buy alcohol for persons under the age of 18 – if you do, you risk being ejected from the event.

There are a number of bars located around the site serving alcohol (to over 18s only) and soft drinks during licensed hours. All  bars are operating are cash only.

REMEMBER: Please drink responsibly.

Alcohol will dehydrate you, pace yourself and top up with water or soft drinks.

Drinking and driving is an offence. Don’t risk the life of yourself and others.


Tots (0-5) and Kids (5-12) are permitted to bring 500ml of water or soft drinks.

Plastic bottles or cartons must have an unbroken seal.

Tap water available through the day on request.

Kids soft drinks will be available from most vendors at supermarket prices

Kidzone drinks sold at wholesale prices – approx 50p


Please travel as ‘Green’ as possible.

Walk or use public transport where possible or lift share & fill cars if driving.

Ipswich is very well networked across the South East. 

Main Ipswich train station is a short taxi journey or a 20-25 minute walk via the Neptune Quay / Wet Dockland. (please contact us for route options on foot) 

Derby Road Train station is less than one mile , a very short taxi journey or a 10-15 minute walk via Derby & Felixstowe Road (please contact us for route options on foot)

There is ample public parking for this event nearby.

Blue Badge parking is available at Athena Hall 

We will sign post the walking routes to the Myrtle Road entrance to the park with green signs & white arrows. 





Gates Open at approx 12.30pm – Live music starts at 1pm

Live Music curfew: Saturday 9pm. Sunday 8pm.

Bars close: Saturday 9.30pm. Sunday 8.30pm

Its a first come first served policy for your placing your chairs and blankets.



Please check the weather forecast in advance and be prepared for the Great British Summer.

Umbrellas welcome and in adverse weather conditions small side tents and low gazebo’s are welcome but place at the side or rear of the Arena only – these must not restrict view of other guests.



Smoking is permitted outside in the public area’s and in the main auditorium.

Washrooms, Food market, Kidzone and any enclosed areas will operate No Smoking policy.

Please dispose of your rubbish responsibly.

DOG POLICY :  We have reviewed our dog policy and are pleased to announce that Dogs will be allowed.

We simply ask owners to promise the following:-
A. To keep dogs on leads at all times
B. Keep away from food market and Kidzone
C. Please clean up & dispose of any mess.


Washroom facilities are located inside the arena, please familiarise the location of these on your arrival.

Disabled washroom facilities provided.

If you require other/exceptional facilities please alert us in advance of the event.


Please write your contact details on your childrens wristbands on arrival – pens provided.

In the event of finding a lost child, event staff will contact the number provided. Event staff will be advised to keep the child in the location where found for 20 minutes. If parent or guardian has not arrived after 20 minutes, child will be taken to the first aid / event control area and announcement made via the PA as soon as possible.


Please make it your priority to locate emergency exits, washrooms, event control & first aid upon arrival.

Follow any instructions given by Stewards, Security and Management.

Move away from any dangerous/antisocial behaviour.

Notify Security if you see any antisocial behaviour.

Ask for help if you need it and help others.

Stay calm – if you’re in distress, ask to be taken to the Event Control or First Aid tent.

If you need to take medication regularly remember to bring it and let your friends know of any illness or allergies you may have and where your medication is stored.
